Easy walk from the train station. Lots of dining options nearby. Best part was that we had a junior suite on the Grand Canal. We had two balconies and it was magical watching the canal action. Bed was comfortable and we had two washrooms and a sitting area.

We stayed for two nights. It was close to the station and extremely convenient in Venice, where it's hard to carry luggage. The hotel itself isn't new, but the rooms were cute and classical. The free breakfast was top-notch, and we could see the canal from the venue, so we were very satisfied.

Location was perfect, only 500 meters from the train terminal and our room overlooking the grand canal provided awesome views of the city. Plenty of shops and dining were within walking distance. We stayed in room 141 and the shower setup was bad. They only had a handheld shower and that caused the floor to get wet and everyday. Also the beds were not comfortable and the sounds of people in other rooms was too much. You can hear running water all night and also the room was small for $300 a night. Tv needed to be mounted on the wall as the table can’t be used without blocking your tv view. Staff was great and breakfast was good. Need bananas on the buffet. Also eggs to order would be nice. Tried to add a few days to a tour group stay and couldn’t get them to give me a discounted rate.
