Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour, appartement spacieux et lumineux . Vue panoramique sur la mer extraordinaire. Location propre et très confortable. Environnement très calme. Une seule petite remarque concernant le mobilier, les deux petits canapés ont beaucoup vécu . Entièrement satisfait du service gestionnaire. Bien cordialement.

restriction du chauffage de 6h-8h/11h-13h/17h-22h. tele inutilisable (sauf tv italienne) très mauvaise connexion antenne et wifi (revoir l'installation électrique. aucune notice d'utilisation en français.porter des adaptateurs de prises électriques (pas les mêmes normes AFNOR)contacts peu aimables voire désagréables lors du problème de remise de clé à l'arrivée. obligé de téléphoner sur numéro de paris pour avoir un correspondant parlant français. seul point positif: appartement magnifique (mais froid)

La terrasse est ensoleillée à partir de midi. La vue est superbe. La voiture est essentielle. Il y a un stationnement privé fermé par un portail. À l'arrivée, le représentant fixe un rendez-vous devant le portail afin de permettre d'y accéder.

Wunderschöner Ausblick, grosse Unterkunft

Eine grosse Unterkunft mit etwas abgelebten Möbeln, diese sollten mal erneuert werden, ansonsten super Lage, Parkplatz vor der Tür, HAMMER Terasse…. Internet ist etwas lahm (wenn man mit zwei jugendlichen Kindern dort ist)

Deze woning is alleen toegankelijk voor mensen die goed ter been zijn. Anders ben je volledig afhankelijk van je auto. Alles aangegeven binnen bereik van het appartement en het appartement zelf is NIET toegankelijk als je minder fit of slecht ter been bent.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und hat einen großen wunderschönen Balkon. Leider müßten noch einige Reparaturarbeiten erledigt werden, damit die Wohnung perfekt wäre. Der Griff vom Wasserhahn im Bad war locker, das Fenster im Bad ließ sich nicht öffnen und der elektrische Rolladen im Kinderzimmer ließ sich nicht hochfahren. Ansonsten war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet.

Ferienwohnung Elena - Ventimiglia

Gute Lage mit Sicht zum Meer und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Leider war der Backofen nicht im Betrieb (Elektrizitätsprobleme im Haus mit Sicherung). Sonst eine Top-Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Ventimiglia-Alta und City zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Schöner kleiner Strand mit Bar und Sandwiches. Parkplatz zur Wohnung sollte zur Verfügung stehen, wenn Gäste kommen.
