"The location is great and the property is very nice. My only complaint is that every time I use Expedia the room I get is usually the room for disabilities. My last day we specifically booked a room that was not an ended up with the same old, same old. I wish somehow this trend could be eliminated. It really isn’t fair that when you book a non-ADA room I always get that very wrong."

"This is a great place to stay for a weekend-from the valet to the beach it’s wonderfully accommodating. We stayed for just one night to take family pictures nearby and wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately our room type (Lanai) wasn’t available. We stayed on resort for a short time after checkout to enjoy the pool. Poolside food was pretty good, breakfast at the main restaurant was smaller portions but also tasty. Definitely plan on returning to this resort in the future and staying...

"I love staying in this hotel. It’s so easy and walkable to the beach. There are many dining options. Their markets nearby. The rooms are super clean. There’s a beautiful pool in the middle of the property and the rooms are extremely clean. Staff is very nice. They have a quick breakfast in the morning and easy parking around the area."

"Overall an okay stay. Loved the proximity to local downtown restaurants and the Ventura Pier. Cons were being greeted by a furry at the front desk, and woke up to the slamming of doors outside in the hallway. The beds and linens weren’t the most comfortable. I personally don’t think that this was worth the $200 per night. "
