"My room was a good size, it was clean well maintained. The only thing I wasn’t keen on was that it was in the ground floor. There were some very small ants too, but in such a hot climate it’s probably to be expected. However they were minute and didn’t cause any issues. The hosts/staff were very welcoming and friendly. "Very nice property overlooking the malecón and shipyards. Our room was waterfront and the large window was clouded up to the point you could not see thru it. The shower wasn’t draining so I removed the drain cover and pulled a large wad of hair out of the drain. The coffee maker didn’t work properly and surprisingly no safe in the room. Maybe it was just our room. "
