"Great staff and breakfast "

"The hotel is in a stunning location with magnificent views. We stayed in newly renovated suites with amazing views of the lake and mountains. Upon arrival, a complimentary drink was offered. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the lakefront, which is a great way to visit the old town without using a car. Departure and return times need to be arranged at the reception. (This is a convenient option for visiting the old town without a car and getting around easily.) A dream getaway in this charming boutique hotel."

"The breakfast selection was superb & the staff there were polite & attentive. The lake ferry ⛴️ crossing is a short walk across the pedestrian bridge down the tree lined avenue along the lake. Some good restaurants en route too. Would highly recommend this hotel 🏨!"

"Lovely hotel, great location. Views amazing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean. Lift is quite small and a little dated, creaked quite a bit which was a bit worrying, could probably do with an upgrade. Air con in room was excellent and a very welcome reprieve from the heat of the day. Not noisy either, so didn’t affect sleep. Shower was quite small, and difficult to move around in without banging elbows and knees. Although food looked well presented in hotel restaurant and staff very attentive, thought choice on menu was a bit limited so didn’t end up eating at the hotel which was a shame…also a little expensive. On the whole though would definitely return again but maybe ask for a room on a lower floor so I don’t have to use the lift. "
