"Terrible manera from the concierge who screamed at us because we forgot our key inside the room and he has to go to reception and get us the master key. He literally screamed and was extremely upset. He shouldn’t be working in hospitality if he cannot handle this type of situations. Innocent mistake that happens to guests frequently. Very disrespectful. He was angry at us and felt the need to show it with yelling and bad manners."

"L'appartement est confortable, très très bien équipé et idéalement situé.Je confirme les avis précédents, l'escalier est vraiment raide et tient plus de l'échelle que de l'escalier (il est clairement impossible de prévoir de le descendre avec un enfant dans les bras).Il serait également bien d'indiquer clairement dans l'annonce que les draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis et qu'il faut compter une cinquantaine d'euros supplémentaires pour en louer."
