"I was impressed by how well the house was appointed , lots of trail information and activities, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, even to prepare great meal, clean linen, floors, and bathroom. The hot tub was top shape, no stain. Really, for a change, this was better than advertised and not a bummer. It is outside Sedona so you need to drive in but the area is quiet, easy to park. I highly recommend it."

"I couldnt believe they had everything! We went to enjoy Thanksgiving and of course I forgot somethings, but they had it! Beds were comfy, Patio was perfect to watch the sunrise. Living room was open and light. Quick little hikes just up the street. Would definitely stay again. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. I worry about out of date photos when looking for VRBO's; these photos are accurate. It was CLEAN, cozy, and all the supplies looked new and/or very well maintained. As it was chilly when we were there, we appreciated the cozy blankets and fireplace. Location was perfect and quiet. Would definitely choose this condo again. Thank you Shelley for being a wonderful host!"

"The home was overall very nice. It had everything needed for a few nights and was very close to a cut-through path to the Airport Loop hiking trail. I liked that it is away from the busy part of town, but close enough to get there when wanted. There were a couple of downsides that might not bother others, so I didn't deduct stars. The sheets are cheap microfiber and the pillows were also very cheap and over-used. The washing machine is small, making a pod of detergent too much to rinse out...

"This property was perfect for the five of us. We all felt like we had our own space, didn’t feel crowded, nicely laid out, fully equipped, up to date kitchen, nice sized back yard. The owner also provided K cups for coffee, tea, cases of water bottles if needed, blankets, games, etc. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This location is outside of Sedona and is set in a beautiful area with great views! The house had plenty of space for us. The amenities were as stated online. As we traveled on motorcycles, the dirt road to enter the property was a little challenging, but doable. Great place!"

"What a gem of a place! Everything is just perfect for 2! The decor is so nice and it has all the creature comforts of home- it’s live in ready! We sure enjoyed our week in the Casita- lots of hiking and cave exploring nearby- close to town and grocery stores. Really enjoyed watching the hot air balloons float by- so much that we took a balloon ride ourselves! Enjoying the evening sunsets while in the “hot”🥵 hot tub were perfect after a day of hikes and sore muscles! You can’t go wrong with...

"We had an amazing time. The property is cute and cozy. The self-contained backyard was super convenient for our little dogs. The location is awesome as any store we needed was only a very short walk or drive away. And we went to multiple vortexes and saw amazing views from each. We even got some work done with the superfast internet. Great stay all around!"

"Everything you need is here. Such an amazing location and spectacular views. The house accommodated our group of 8 women perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet yet so close (walking distance) to great restaurants and destinations. The kitchen is well stocked with all the needs, pool and hot tub were great, and the beds were super comfy. I would highly recommend!"

"AMAZING location & views! Love it! Vacasa listing was NOT accurate - house has 5 BRs on one level/no basement. It can sleep 10 people comfortably. I was told prior to booking that the maintenance items in reviews were fixed...they were not...including: Two French door sets in public areas chained or bungeed shut due to broken locks One BR French door set that could not be locked or CLOSED! Doors on either side held it in place One BR French door set with as slipping deadblot lock about...

"Cute, small house. Very clean. Recommend getting there during daylight hours. The road to the property is tight and not lit at all. Also, the house is near the creek, but access to the creek is limited due to neighboring property lines. Great house for basic needs. "

"The check-in and communication with Jay was easy and to the point. The house was in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do. The Parks Pass and bottle of wine were greatly appreciated! The house had everything we needed - huge kitchen, sitting area, TV room and comfy beds! Plus plenty of wildlife in the relaxing backyard/patio area. "

"Our family of four adults spent the Thanksgiving Holiday in this Gorgeous rental. The house was comfortable and conveniently located, a short walk from shopping, restaurants and cafes. The property manager Lisa was extremely helpful and accommodating. The best part of our stay was the magnificent view of the mountains from most of the rooms in the house. You can spend hours gazing at the mountains, enjoying the different hues, as the Sun shines on it from different angles throughout the day. "

It was obvious that being right next to a golf course, their main clientele is golfers and golf groups. (The resort demands that guests must take garbage out to the dumpster and leave the room nice, with furniture returned to proper place, or $250 fine) Only a golf course clubhouse restaurant available for meals, but kitchen available for self...
