Well” my check inn agent was super friendly And pleasant she even suggested a few recommendations of restaurants we could Explore because my trip to Vernon was to celebrate my wife birthday with and chose The Marriott hotel for this venture The sensory experience was amazing The entrance the wow’s us Room presentation was amazing too Only problem room was too cold once’s we got in the bed ! We had call front desk a few times that night About the cold conditions of room

Pool and waterslide were amazing!!! We loved it! Room was perfect. Clean. The lady at the front desk was cery accomodating and really helped with my small requests .. It was awesome! Will definitely stay there again!!!! Hit breakfast was great too!!!

I was unable to check in due to an astronomically high security deposit requirement . I tried to offer cash for that but the lady was very rude and would not take it and said if I didn’t have a credit card with that amount then I couldn’t have my room . My room was already paid for and no one will reply to me. They took my money and left me with nowhere to sleep
