"I had a wonderful stay at one of the best hotels in Italy during my holiday. The location was perfect—shopping was just downstairs, restaurants were everywhere, and the bus stop was only a few minutes’ walk away, just 3-4 stops from the train station. "The reception area or front room/breakfast area dated, shuts at 8pm if you want a tea/coffee then you come here not in room, we did at 10pm but felt very uncomfortable like in somebodys house, no choice on coffee only expressio, no milk, had to find it. The room feels depressing like a panic room with the massive six bolt door, walls bear, stupid hats hanging over a very uncomfortable bed, again didnt get what they was trying to achieve."
