I never stayed there, due to the hotel's inflexible change/cancellation policy and Expedia's inability to assist me. Terrible, non- or awful-communicating management. Avoid unless you're prepared to engage in a dispute with the hotel management if you need to change the dates or cancel the reservation!

While there was no Kettle and water to make tea in the evening, nor was there an ironing and ironing board in my room, which was a shame, but the reception team were very friendly and helpful and offered to provide what was needed on a loan basis. The hotel needs to go through a major remodeling. The carpets are simply disgusting and the furniture is so old. The staff, especially the lady who runs the breakfast are very nice and helpful. But, there is one lady in the reception with a bad attitude that I don’t understand why she is in the hospitality business. This hotel is not in the middle of Vienna and it is very time consuming going back and forth but the trains run frequently and timely but overcrowded. The breakfast was very good and very well managed, but again the breakfast room was super crowded due to peak season.

다른 계절에는 관계없지만 7월에는 에어컨이 없어서 좀 더울수 있습니다. 하지만 아침식사가 훌륭하고 주변이 조용해서 좋습니다. 주변에 전철도 가깝고 마트 및 식당도 많고, 도나우 강과도 가까워서 산책하기 좋습니다

Gute Alternative mit kurzen Weg ins Stadtzentrum
Hotel liegt relativ dicht an der U1 mit kurzen Weg ins Stadtzentrum. Leider waren hier im Hochsommer in Wien in einem Hotel ohne Klimaanlage! Der im Zimmer bereitgestellte Wedel schaffte nur wenig Linderung. Ein Zimmer zur Haupstraße mit Straßenbahn ist nicht zu empfehlen, wenn Sie bei offenen Fenster schlafen wollen. Einfaches aber ausreichendes Frühstück mit begrenzter Auswahl.
