"We are grateful that Novotel was our comfort zone when we traveled to Hanoi. Staff was kind, eager to help, and approachable. Eventhough Staff was having a hard time speaking English they tried their Best to accommodate you. It was a very convenient location. We felt safe and comfortable staying into this hotel. However, if you go for a tour check the tour agency first because this is away from old quarter. Overall, thank you Novotel Hanoi for the great assistance while we enjoyed our holidays. "

"The "lobby" is in the basement parking, 365 Salon is on street level. The room is spacious, same as pics in site. The tub needs cleaning and hot water for the tub does not work well. There are dogs that bark every morning, disturbing us very early. The street has many restos and a Winmart grocery is 6min by foot. Tho the property is ok and very inexpensive, as tourists, we will probably stay in old quarter the whole trip next time. "

"Everything is squeaky clean, including the bathroom, and my room was ginormous so the house cleaning service is awesome Not soundproof, but generally quiet (if the hallway windows are closed at night) Wifi can get spotty Sometimes, the towels are really soft and thick which is nice The staff pays attention to the smallest details, so if you want to be treated well by reception and staff, this is the hotel for you"
