"The property was extremely tired and run down and did not reflect how it was advertised on the Expedia website. We paid extra for a spa bath which when we turned it on, filled the room with the smell of sewage- we obviously therefore did not use it! Our room smelled damp and there was evidence of mould on the ceiling in our room and in communual areas. The furniture was battered and broken and the shower rusty."

A acomodação é simples e muito aconchegante, fomos em 3 casais e todo mundo dormiu bem, só uma questão que o ventilador do quarto é bem fraquinho no primeiro dia passamos muito calor a noite. "The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. Great time on the Island Ilhabela

"Very good friendly and relaxing stay over.Family orientated, family environment, very good high quality material being used for building and interior etc., all full functional. Breakfast could be better (on benchmark international), coffee being prepared in pots (individual coffee machine preferred with beans) should be better. Very quiet and harmonic still being very closed to the road, nature in the garden full visible, birds singing in the morning, fitness center, tennis court, swimming and relaxing pool. Summary: Fantastic stay with tendency to repeat again. "
