"I went on a quick trip and the hotel and service were spectacular. The rooms were clean, the pool area was peaceful and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I had personal inconvenience and the owner and staff went above and beyond communicating with me and in helping me resolve the issue. Thank you all and I will definitely book this place again!"

"I made a mistake and booked an extra room i did not need. The manager was very helpful to assist me to cancel 1 room through the hotels app. The room was exactly as expected and advertised. The only thing i suggest could be improved is providing drinking water."

"Building is nice, front desk was helpful, and assist you to the room once you get there. There is 24hr security. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Price was not bad for a 2 story loft, decent price. Hotel has a pool and gym and a couple of restaurants walking distance. Would definitely book again."

"I have been staying at this property for over 15 years now (have stayed there 5 times). The rooms are not as nice anymore due to age I guess, and upkeep, but the hotel grounds are still well taken care of and the front desk is new, very nice. The pool is very small. The three high end hotels across the street (St. Tropez and the others) are a big draw for the area. "The beach is beautiful. Very clear water and a lot of shells at the shoreline Our superior room looks like it was just remodeled. We arrived to a fruit tray and bottle of champagne. Everyone was very pleasant and we encountered no issues. It was a pleasure meeting people from other countries. Fly into Santa Domingo airport, much closer than punta cana airport. It cost about 150.00 for a taxi from punta cana unless you can make other arrangements ahead of time. Would definitely return in the future!"
