"I stayed 2 nights on business. All the staff were super helpful, very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable but could perhaps do with some upgrading. It would have been good if the hotel sold cold drinks as I had to go out after finishing work at c 21:00 and Villeurbanne did not feel terribly safe."

"On a passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le service de réception était exceptionnel, vraiment au top ! Monsieur Guillaume, le réceptionniste, a été particulièrement aimable et professionnel.
