"The hotel has an excellent location. We took the ferry from Malta and decided to stay for 2 nights. Walkable to town which has numerous shops and restaurants. The owners were great hosts even helping us with a lift to get to our rental car in Syracusa. The only unusual thing about our room was the toilet seat and cover could not be set in an up position. You had to hold it up or use your back to hold it up. Really pretty funny. Not a big deal. Breakfast was lovely and everyone around was fun. "

"The amazing host was so kind and caring. He offered to take me to the bus so I could catch it to the airport. He offered to stay and wait for me for two hours until I arrived for my late check in. He really loves the hotel and his guests and I felt so special. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a stop over to sleep and enjoy and humble experience. They gave breakfast and coffee in the morning and again just a wonderful ambience. The rooms were cute too actually. Water pressure...

Yes came the reply, “what time” I asked, “I don’t know, 7.00, 7.30, no - 8.00” Are there any restaurants nearby the are open at 6.30 to 7.00 - “I don’t know” Are there any in Pozzallo? - “yes, but don’t know any of them” Room was dark and unwelcoming. Facilities on offer are bettered by most guest houses and simple bed and breakfasts. Never is this a 3 star hotel - avoid - you have been warned."

"Fantastic hotel with great views of Modica below. There is a pool and beautiful patios. Breafast was included and excellent. If you are in shape, you can walk down to the center in less than 10 minutes; the walk back up is a bit harder however bur we did it several times. Amazing breakfasts with local products and home made jams and cakes. Free security parking in front of building. Very nice lounge area with sofa and TV. Hotel website is misleading - we booked Deluxe room but was allocated room 904 which is indicated on website as cheaper Superior room, there was no view of St Matthew hill as claimed, the room was noisy (ac/heating and next door shower) not silent as claimed.
