"Our room was large with a big bathroom. A lot of the floor tiles were however cracked and the lighting was poor. In fact a standard light didn't work. Wifi was fine and breakfast was good. The main negative was that the gym was closed for refurbishment - this really should have been advertised whilst completing the booking. Access to Elche by foot was excellent."

"I had very little time in this hotel as it was just a bed for the night before an early flight from nearby ALC. It served the purpose well. There is a small front desk at the entry that isn't staffed after 10pm. Fortunately the hotel staff contacted my the day before. I needed to arrange a very early taxi and they took care of this for me. "Pros: - Great location - Nice pools - Lovely scenery Cons: - There was a tv show being filmed when we arrived and there was no warning of this. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but they took up all the parking spaces and left us having to PAY to park underground. If you're going to have a TV show on then fair enough, but to make me pay for parking is bonkers - Staff were a bit blunt, again not a huge issue. But did make me feel a little unwelcome"
