"American reviewer. This is an excellent choice in Vitoria!! The location is perfect, unless you are insisting on beachfront. It’s located directly beside an amazing restaurant that is well known with locations through Brazil. Also a supermarket a short walk away. Neighborhood has lots of dining, shops and bars. Hotel is clean, modern and well staffed. Breakfast buffet is very large. Easy to get Uber rides. Does have a parking garage and a man working the gate, but I didn’t rent a car. I’ve been to Brazil five times, so I’m quite qualified to rate this hotel. I loved it. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was good. If I had anything to complain about, I wish the room came equipped with a microwave. But that’s not something you can always expect in a hotel room. The front desk was very helpful every time we called downstairs to ask a question. Room service was good. What more can I say? Don’t hesitate to choose this hotel. Worth every penny. WiFi in my room was reliable. A couple of American television news channels were in the channel lineup. Smart TV has Netflix, so I was able to watch Netflix normally. Minor complaint, English speaking hotel employees were few and far between, unlike in Rio de Janeiro. "
