"We used the hotel as a base as we had family in nearby village. So the hotel was nearest to them. The staff and facilities were good. The fridge in our room did not work. although we did not report it as thought it was how the fridge’s are in this country. The lady at the reception was very kind she could not give me a room earlier than a check it is but she offered me to keep my luggage in a locked room where I also changed my clothes and followed my trip to Štrbske pleso.
