"The apartment was so nice especially with 3 children, we brought practically everything we needed with us down to towel, the down bulk bed was a bit too low, one have to be careful getting in and out, the blanket stink of sweat, please do wash the blanket, you have to the check-in yourself, the customer service was contacted via email, and they respond almost immediately, nice location 10 minutes walk to the beach, getting around will be better with a car, I would highly recommend."

Dining room table is large and good for playing cards (seats at least 6 people). Only knock was couch was ok but could have been a little more comfortable- maybe just add some cushions. Had elevator which was nice vs carrying luggage up 3 flights. "

We had everything within the apartment that we needed for our 2 nights of stay - comfortable beds, kitchen appliances/utensils (no conventional oven), storage. "My wife and I stayed here with our grandchildren we all loved it. Plenty of room and 3 balconies. Very comfy beds and nice sized bedrooms. Only Downside is the steep stairs and the toilet is downstairs so going to the loo on a night is a bit of a problem but apart from that everything was good. Very near to the beach and restaurants and very good Baker. Bonus 2 bicycles for your use, excellent for the trip to the bakery"

"An ideal family home; very cosy and well equipped. The terrace is big and the flowers are a bonus. The children (12 years old) were very happy with the sporting field behind our holiday home (basketball, football, tennis, tabletennis and jeu de boules). A great stay for our first visit to Bruges.

"A lovely and very comfortable hotel with all mod cons and a touch of luxury but without loosing its old world charm. My husband and I stayed in a delux suite with canal view. Very, very spacious, lovely decor, the bathroom was huge with a superb shower and great pressure. We loved the separate loo with a heated seat that automatically lifted when you went in❤️ Our only niggle was the pillows, (and bed to a degree) were a little harder than we’re used too but in no way did it spoil our stay. It is also a shame that the hotel don’t do evening meals, just breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants near by. Very peaceful, quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again if we return to Bruges☺️"
