"I suggest to check in as early as possible. Checking in after beaching will most likely result in them selling your room and giving you a downgrade if you don’t pay attention. Facility is luxurious but the staff and service are poorly. Guests not happy and arguments always with receptionist. Not even an iron in rooms and the one offered wasn’t working properly. Parking is a bit of challenge if crowded and unsupervised, anyone can come park there and not be noticed. "

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was a good size for four people, very clean, and well-maintained. We enjoyed the swimming pool and both the wet and dry saunas, with towels and robes provided. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant offered delicious food at reasonable prices. The location was peaceful, with a short drive to either Orikum or Vlore."

Le balcon donnait directement vue sur la mer pour profiter d’un merveilleux coucher de soleil. Le personnel était vraiment accueillant, attentionné et sympathique. "The hotel had nice staff and can see is new. The parking needs to be addressed as you get blocked in so easier to walk than attempt to move. Breakfast warm stuff is only warm not hot but good variety. Upstairs pool is cool but not enough loungers for all and only place that looked like it. Needed a clean inside. Short walk to the beach where they had more loungers but weather was not warm enough. Would go back and stay if needed though."

"I came back to Vlore and stayed two weeks because my house was impacted by Helene. I had been in Albania with family traveling for a month prior This is a great location and I can’t stress how wonderful and sweet the staff was to me. Breakfast was great. Again, I can only highly recommend because the staff was so welcoming and the view of the Adriatic every day incredible. . "
