Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. "This property was so quaint and charming but had superior amenities and the staff were incredible. The little touches of old Austria mixed with a modern flair were nicely done. It is a family run business and they made us feel a part of their family. Surrounded by the impressive views of the Alps, the property is also situated in the center of town next to an old Austrian church. They have other properties within walking distance or take a free gondola ride up the mountain for more incredible views and stop at Tom’s restaurant for good views and cold cocktails during the summer. All in all one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in. "
