"The reception closes at 7:00 pm. And then you have to walk to the restaurant to check in and then you have only until 10 pm. I showed up at 10:02 at the front door and tried calling - no one answered. And then I saw the sign saying to go to the restaurant. I ran to the restaurant hoping I made it in time and luckily I did. When I was checking out, I came down, again, no one at the reception desk, had to go to the restaurant and track someone down. "

"A very nice traditional hotel. Rooms were clean and nice size. There is limited parking in front of hotel and parking on the adjacent street. Staff were courteous and attentive to service. A Kolin resident told me we were staying in the best hotel in Kolin. We were very satisifed with everything. Breakfast, included, was well appointed. Internet WIFI in the room worked perfect."

"Amazing 5 Star hotel outside of Prague! Customer service was top notch. The morning continental breakfast was excellent. The history of the renovation of this chateau is very interesting. It is exquisitely redone from layout to furnishings. Mcely is a town of about 200 people so there is nothing to do outside of the Chateau besides take a walk.
