"This is a really beautiful hotel but i would not say that it is 5 star. The room was spacious & beautiful but the bathroom had a tub/show but no curtain or glass so every time you took a shower the floor was soaking wet. "I would have given this property 5 stars because the location, rooms and front desk staff were amazing but the cleaning ladies were so loud and obnoxious in the morning talking to one another that it was unbearable. We dreaded every morning being woken up by them when you're on vacation. They should be split up and clean seperate areas of the hotel to discourage them from socializing. Hopefully this can be remedied because it completely ruined the experience."

The rooms ran very warm, we couldn’t figure out how to change the settings so it didn’t feel like we were staying in a safari, also shower weren’t great, it’s a removable head but placed very low. Breakfast was great, tons of options. We used the gym and pool, you have to pay, it’s a nice amenity but very outdated space, esp the gym minimal equipment. "
