"It was overall a great experience! We enjoyed our stay. Pros: great hot and powerful shower, fantastic location for the river, old town and christmas market, hotel staff very helpful and friendly Cons: car alarm went off for 1 hour one night (not their fault, but limited soundproofing and had to use headphones), bed and pillows were extremely soft (we prefer firm but again personal preference). Overall lovely boutique hotel and would stay again! "

"I would give it a 5 stars BUT. it’s the hotel without reception only with self checking kiosk. So if you have an issue with check in application, in our case it was frozen on one page, you are actually stuck without help. And as a tourist that just arrived to Czechia I did not have local provider to make a call. So literally you are alone with the comp that at that moment didn’t work. It should be solution for such cases. "
