Basic hotel along the freeway. Room was spacious. Good location and walkable. Breakfast the usual eggs, sausage, make your own waffle. Coffee very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Got a few " Howdys" in the old downtown area. So nice to hear a Texas howdy.

Great location for exploring Waco and all things Fixer Upper..clean & modern, breakfast was adequate, pool was kinda misrepresented in photos tho..it's in this very small walled off area and not very inviting

This property had an excellent location! It was walkable to both the Baylor campus as well as the Magnolia market. Rooms were clean and spacious, and beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend!
