"Bathroom sink was stopped up, bulb in lamp was bad. Door to room had a gap when closing it. Letting crickets , drafts in of hot in. Not sure why they had a high rating. The entrance to room had a high step into it my sister tripped on it. I didn’t take pics. I should have know because it is a safety hazard. "
