A recently renovated, cosy cottage tucked away in a quiet corner of the popular town of Wadebridge. A Chocolate-box cottage boasting a stylish, modern yet characterful and charming interior. A stones throw from the River Camel and a short walk into the bustling, market town of Wadebridge. This beautiful, bijou cottage is in a perfect location to explore the most popular areas in North Cornwall. Rock, Padstow, Port Isaac, Polzeath are all close by.
The space
A comfy, cosy space with a real home form home feel. The entire interior has been recently refurbished, tastefully combining all the original cottage features with modern, clean and comfortable living.
The Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need for catering for yourselves at home if you should choose not to eat out in one of the many local restaurants, take aways and pubs nearby. There is a space saving table with two chairs for you to enjoy dining in if you wish.
The living space is cosy with a comfy sofa, TV, coffee table.
The bathroom includes a shower, basin and toilet as well as a large vanity mirror.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a comfy bed, space to hang/store clothes.
Outside there is a private patio area with a table and chairs.
The cottage has no allocated parking space but there is lots of street parking nearby and a large layby with ample parking a very short walk from the cottage.
A 10 minute walk along the beautiful River Camel will take you into the heart of Wadebridge town where there are many popular restaurants, shops, supermarkets. The town also has a cinema, bank, pharmacy and doctors surgery.
Local, beautiful beaches are a short drive away from the cottage including Daymer Bay, Polzeath and Rock. If you wanted to venture to the other side of the Camel Estuary then Padstow , Harlyn Bay, Constantine and Treyarnon are all just a short drive away.
Wadebridge is famous for it's amazing Camel Trail which is perfect for a cycle along the estuary into Padstow or back towards Bodmin and onto Wenford Bridge where the 18 mile trail begins.
Wadebridge is a fantastic location for 'fine diners'. Rick Stein has numerous, eateries in Padstow including cafe's, fish and chip shops and the famous Sea Food Restuarant. Nathan Outlaw has a beautiful restaurant in Port Isaac and Paul Ainsworth has restaurants in Rock and Padstow.
