Surrounded by stunning, far-reaching countryside views, Urchins Peak is a beautifully renovated property tucked away in a quiet spot in Little Petherick, just a couple of miles from the popular harbour town on Padstow.
Size: Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms.
Beds: 1 x King-size, 3 x twin (2x zip and link).
Rooms:
Ground Floor: Cloakroom, Lounge/Dining, Kitchen and 1 bedroom. with en-suite bathroom.
First Floor:  2 bedrooms (1 with en-suite shower room), and bathroom.
Second Floor: 1 bedroom.
Kitchen & Utilities: Full size fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine.
Entertainment: Smart TV.
For families: Travel cot, highchair and stairgate
Outside: Large decked terrace area with gate at bottom of steps, also balcony benefiting from pleasant countryside views. Coal BBQ, patio table and chairs,
Parking: Parking for 2 cars.
General:  Wifi available. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). No smoking.
Pets: 2 small/medium dogs are accepted.
Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Notes: Sloping eaves in Bedroom 4 - mind your head!
