A Breville coffee machine will greet you as you enter the walk-in pantry. We provide cooking basics (e.g., salt, pepper, oil) and coffee, tea, and sugar. The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, and iron board. Guests have access to a nice secure backyard (yes we are pet friendly!) This is a two-story house, and guests should be comfortable climbing stairs.
We have free high-speed Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth sound system (Sonos), baby equipment (including a portacot and high chair), and toys for the kids.
The house is adjacent to a regional railway. The railway is infrequently used (e.g. hourly during the day, once at night). The property is set up exclusively for guest use. Guests can access all parts of the property. We are excited to offer our home for your enjoyment, and our major rule is that you contact us immediately if anything is of concern- our main priority is your comfort. We live locally and will respond promptly to any requests. During your stay, we ask that you: Keep all pets outside. We permit pets as we have a lovely secure backyard; however, pets are not permitted to come or stay inside. Load all used / dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle (dishwashing tablets are provided). Smoke outside (ashtrays are provided)- a fee will be charged for guests who have smoked inside the house. Keep noise to a minimum Take the rubbish out to the outdoor bins Return all items moved during your stay to their original location Ensure the house is locked and secured whenever you are away from the property Place used towels in the laundry on departure Turn off lights, air conditioner and heaters when away from the property or checking out
Any unauthorised early check-ins or late checkouts will result in a fee of $10 per 15 min. If your unauthorised late checkout impacts our cleaners or upcoming guests, you will be charged an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the average nightly Listing Fee originally paid by you, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes, and any legal expenses incurred to make you leave.
