Skier or snowboarder, hiker or mountain biker, you'll find so much to love at this light-filled condo at the edge of the woods in Butternut Hill. You'll be a quick drive from Sugarbush Resort (five miles), Warren Falls (five miles), Mad River Glen (eight miles), covered bridges, and serene state parks, with wonderful amenities waiting to welcome you home.
Butternut Hill is a quiet yet convenient complex that sits at the end of its forested dirt road. The grounds include a clubhouse with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, a sauna, grills, laundry facilities, and direct access to world-class mountain bike trails.
This first-floor condo was renovated from top to bottom in 2021, offering such thoughtful touches as wool carpeting, LED lighting, insulated window shades, Italian tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom with radiant heat, and a hearth of brick and slate with a gas fireplace to curl up next to. After a day of adventure, fix your favorite snacks or a hearty meal in the kitchen, complete with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and an adjacent dining space. Please note: You must walk down three flights of stairs (50 stairs) from the parking lot to the front door.
Spend summer evenings outside on the deck and winter nights streaming movies on the living room's smart TV (YouTube TV and Netflix are provided, other streaming services are available with your own accounts). At bedtime, you'll have a comfortable bedroom, a sofabed in the living room, and a Pack-N-Play for your little one.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
