"This is just a fantastic hotel, with incredible amenities, food, and most crucially - staff. We had an amazing 3 night stay as a family right from our check in experience to the final checkout. Highlights were the child friendly check out process, the quality of the breakfast spread and Asian restaurant, as well as the housekeeping team from Royce and the Ayurvedic massage by Martha. The pool and the desserts at PSB were just the cherry on the cake (no pun intended)l"

"We had health issue and ask for the refund but they refused and didn’t respond until the end off checking in time finished other wise I could have asked someone else to stay there.Very disappointed with this hotel and hotel.com as well "
