"The pool was gorgeous. It was a bit tricky downloading the app on the phone to open the door. The app would just shut down and it took at least ten tries. Staff was wonderful. Helpful and kind. Dinner was average. I ordered a cauliflower steak which was good, but a very high price for just a large piece of cauliflower. The map to walk around the grounds was confusing and I ended up on the golf course, which didn’t make some

"What a beautiful property! Very modern and beautifully decorated throughout! It was a real home from home!!! The cottage is very very comfortable, immaculately clean and has everything you will ever need. The showers are absolutely amazing and the beds very comfortable too. There’s loads of parking and it’s positioned only a short and very pleasant stroll from the village pub the Lion & Lamb where we had a fabulous meal in a very relaxed and pretty environment. "We booked the property to celebrate my father in laws 80th birthday so there were lots of people ranging from 2 months old to 102 years old! The house itself is fab and the accommodation on offer was great. Location is excellent being near Bolam Lake with some good walks. We had a few teething problems in terms of heating and some supplies but all in all had a good stay"

"The property was as described, not easy to find but once found really nice accommodation.
The owners live on site and were friendly and my daughter and the grandchildren loved being on a farm. We all enjoyed seeing the sheep and the horses.
We went out every day lots of places to visit but you w9uod need a car. Would suggest you arranged a food delivery as there is only the local garage nearbyl
