"We were able to arrive earlier than regular check in time which we appreciated. Upon arrival the house was spotless and exactly as advertised. The area is historic but transitional, some houses on the street were well kept, others a bit run down. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. The description states there is 1 bathroom, however the main cover page says 2 bathrooms. There is only one. My mom wants to come back with my dad and stay here again. "

"We had six guys coming in from 3 different states for a fishing trip. Excellent spot for this! Year round deep water and the dock was just steps from the house. Nice central spot for us to watch football at night and hang around the fire pit. Had a great time with the guys and will be back next time we go to Guntersville."
