"The interior of the hotel has a historic vibe and the room was nice and very comfortable beds. The Wi-Fi never worked even though the paper they have is said service might be intermittent however it was non existent. This place could be super cool if it had a little updating. We enjoyed the grounds and would stay again. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. "

"This is a great Motel, central to most activities we were attending. Staff were pleasant & helpful, our room was neat & very clean, the gardens were well maintained & it was reasonably priced. We stayed for 2 nights & had great nights sleep, we couldn’t hear the traffic in our room & my 2 grand daughters slept really well. "

"The cottage was very clean and beds were very comfortable. It had good heating and the spa was lovely. Breakfast was provided but we did stay 2 nights and felt that the provisions were only for 1 night especially when 4 people booked. We used the resturant and the meal was generous and nice. Dietary requirements were catered for. Unfortunately communication and service could have been better. "Rose Cottage had a small fridge but it was generously stocked for breakfast items for the 6 nights of our stay. Location is good. There was pet hair and pet odour on the sofa which we cleaned. The pillow protectors and pillows were stained and not very comfortable. Spa was good. Television was very small and not all channels could be received due to its age. An extra towel rail in the bathroom would have been handy given extra towels used for the spa and for swimming nearby. Rose Cottage...
