"The property is as described small but perfect for 4 people. Although it is in the middle of farm land it is reassuring to know there are neighbours in the main house. Was very impressed with all the little thoughtful touches eg the welcome sign and tea / coffee / biscuits basket, the cooking oil and salt amd people , thr cute little make up clothes and the auto lights on stairs and by loo. We stayed 4 nights and were exploring Suffolk but could have easily had a day or 3 just sitting sipping...

"The Studio was well-equipped although a tight fit in places like the kitchen and toilet. The lounge, TV viewing area and bed were good although we did not use the TV. There were plenty of books and games to use during the stay. The conservatory area was very good with lovely picture windows offering views over the neighbouring farmer's field which offered a variety of wildlife, including Muntjac deer, golden pheasant, rabbits and a multitude of smaller birds Parking was on the street right...

"This place exceeded my expectations! We had a group of 11 girls staying here and the house was beautiful, spacious and had everything you could ask for. Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. "A fantastic family home from home although the area not so good the nearby park was full of drunks and druggies so couldnt be enjoyed. The undercover area could do with a face lift as it was very dirty so this let the property down a bit over all a great house just wish we could of picked it up and moved it somewhere nicer."

"A very nice holiday park, good size and good location for access to the beach, with Tesco express just up the road and only a short drive to Asda. It was quite hot over the weekend we stayed and the bedrooms did get hot, a fan would have been useful with young children as having the windows open was too noisy at that time. The lodge was clean, nicely presented and we would definitely look to stay again."
