"The Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel is a nice property with exceptional rooms, a great breakfast buffet, a good location in Seoul, and even a casino on-site for guests. We enjoyed the restaurants and the property thoroughly with the only exception of a very bad smell in one of the rooms that got worse during our stay. "The location was unbeatable - right in the heart of shopping district, with easy access to the subway and airport limousine bus. The room was cozy and modern, with comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities. I find their best asset to be the staffs. They were incredibly friendly and helpful to assist with directions and recommendations. Its nice that you could easily get new towels. In all, They provide a decent breakfast, nice room, excellent facilities and good service. Highly recommend!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are spacious. We will be coming again to stay a few nights at the end of our trip and look forward to staying here again. It’s very convenient and walkable.
