"Very new facility so things look spotless. Friendly staff. Great view. All in all excellent stay in every aspect. I can add the following nit picking points that hopefully the hotel can improve: 1) one day the towels were not replenished at the ocean level pool, despite multiple calls; 2) In our guest room at least, one can use a few more hooks to hang robes, towels etc; 3) also in our room, just one very small trash can by the toilet, would recommend one more in the living room, and maybe one more for recycling; 4) 4 pools yes, but at least one is so small it should be called a big hot tub :-) As I said, nit picking."

"A fantastic property with plenty of space to spread out. The location is conveniently located near a good supermarket and the number 8 bus route.Transport is needed for all outings, but a combination of buses and taxis (via Hitch) allowed us to explore the island."

"The property was amazing. Check-in with Carlos was a breeze. He was extremely friendly and helpful. As for the stay, the room, bathroom and kitchen are advertised perfectly. The a/c worked beautifully but honestly during the day it hasn’t needed (we also turned it off when we left). Private laundry area was also nice. The pool and rest of the property were a tropical paradise. Lime trees, plantains, and another fruit really made it a beautiful spot. I rented a “current electric car” which was wonderful. I messaged Carlos before hand and he said he had all the adapters for all the car company’s so it doesn’t matter what car you pick!!!Overall excellence experience. "

"Brenda was very nice. The Air Conditioning unit isn't strong enough to cool the entire place, so I was asked to use the accordion doors to seal off the bedroom from the kitchen area and the bathroom. It was quite humid in the bathroom, so that was a negative. I stayed during July, so perhaps in other months it's not a big deal. I was able to take a walk to some of the parks which overlook the ocean and that was really nice."
