"It was clean. The owner was friendly. However the room had 3 lamps but the room was still very dark. The jacuzzi was not that easy to get into or out of. The fridge wasn’t really set up to hold much. But everything was clean, it didn’t have a smell, nothing was out of place. "
"We checked in pretty late, and the physical key was left in the door for us. The lady in the office was super friendly, which really helped us relax during our stay. There were some relatively recent updates to the rooms that made them a bit more comfortable, and it looked like they were doing some renovations on the other side of the building. Other things needed a refresh, or at the very least some attention/deep cleaning. The shower head was pretty oldschool and made it seem like there was no...
"comfortable and just what I needed. The bed was firm but comfortable. The water pressure was great. The room was clean with an A/C that worked well. Excellent value."
"We enjoyed our December weekend stay. Like a home away from home. Well equipped kitchen and bath. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Convenient parking. Private and quiet."
"This place is GREAT. CLEAN. Good hot, powerful shower. New/remodeled rooms with fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer, ALL the amenities of the fancy high-price hotels at an AFFORDABLE price. But, I really don’t care about all that, it’s Shane, Lu and their hardworking and accommodating family that make this my only place to stay in Eureka Springs. Unassuming on the outside, FANTASTIC on the inside.
Thanks Shane and Lu. You’re THE BEST."
"We absolutely loved this B&B! The owner and housekeeper were wonderful people, the room beautiful and the antiques and history of this property made it a perfect place for us."

"Hip place to stay in downtown Bentonville. Fireplace, wood, and green plants makes the lobby a warm and inviting place to meet up with friends. Only criticism is the rooms are minimalist and on the small side. A little odd that bathroom sink is in the bedroom. But I would still highly recommend to hotel. Gracious and helpful staff. "

"Beautiful hotel. Staff was kind, attentive and helpful. Check-in process was quick and painless. The Hive was fun and lively - great atmosphere and food/drinks. Room was very spacious - size of a suite at other hotels but without the price tag. Overall wonderful experience "
