🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit, house, and on the balcony. Violations will result in a $200.00 fine plus any additional cleaning costs required to eliminate smoke odors from the premises and/or linens.
⚠️ Liability: We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or the loss/damage of personal belongings that may occur on the premises, including the facilities and parking areas.
🎉 No Parties or Events: Hosting parties or events is not permitted. Violations will incur a fine ranging from $200 to $500.
⏰ Late Check-Out: A late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if guests do not vacate the premises by the agreed-upon time.
🐾 Pet Policy: Pets are welcome, with a limit of two pets per unit. A fee of $75 per pet (plus taxes) will be charged.
