"After my FULL PAYMENT was processed, the property manager, Global Luxury Suites, contacted me to surrender the photos of my ID and credit cards, and IMMEDIATELY fill out and sign a separate rental agreement which was not disclosed in the property description and was quite lengthy.I felt very uncomfortable with these rude demands, so I contacted VRBO about this, but VRBO was on their side too.I don't think I will ever book another vacation with VRBO again."
