"Not a lot of staff, we enjoyed our stay but our power went out for a couple hours and we had a hard time getting in contact with someone. Room was ok, but I think could use a better cleaning. Seemed like staff maintained the outside well. Elevators worked good. "

"We spent the week visiting with our grandchildren, a heated pool was right behind the unit. The beach was a short walk away. The unit lacked basic kitchen items, such as pot holders. I contacted management regarding the existing damages,and no propane for the grill and they were quick to respond. We stayed during off season so lots of things were closed. We would stay here again."

"This place has very good accommodations. Quiet - couldn’t hear any sound from adjacent rooms. It has easy and ADA friendly access to the beach. The unit was very clean and had great views of the beach, the pier, and the Gulf. The kitchenette was convenient for preparing breakfast and had good sized refrigerator, dinnerware, and cookware. Our stay was very pleasant."

"The property is right on the beach and has a heater pool that is very nice. It appears there is new management, and there was a flurry of activity to improve the outward appearance of the property. The building is old and tired and needs the attention it is getting, There is no bar or restaurant, although there is one at the pool that is not functional. "

"Properly was clean, room was nice. Great view. Easy check in and out. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was average. Extra towels in the room was a nice touch. Heat pool and hot tub was amazing. Only true down side was not all the amenities were open. No mermaids, no pirates, no activities, no waterfalls into the pools, no concessions next to pool. Live camera feed of the pools for strangers was concerning but overall a good stay."

"Room was very clean and also with high attention to detail. Poolside was great with many options as well as the poolside bar. Movies every night poolside, got to watch Super Bowl on big screen which was great. Breakfast was perfect, also the coffee bar with tea and water was perfect. We stay at this hotel every vacation to pcb."
