All good till Thursday night then very noisy as coach load of kids turned up at 11pm doors banging till 12.30 luckily only stayed one night we stay here because so near town 5 minutes walk nice bar this is our 2 stay this year 5 nights we were there for would recommend clean big bath towels good choice of tv channels train station 10 minutes buses outside we have family and friends in Watford so great to stay thank you

Open buffet breakfast was great. The room was comfortable for one night. Only there was no hair conditioner. I am not sure if it's not common in UK hotels. The air conditioner was hard to figure out but it was quite if needed.

I requested for a higher floor room which is quiet and they gave me just that! They had lots of options on the food menu and they left some tasty chocolate cookies on the desk. Great stay. Close to Harry Potter world. The Atria shopping centre just across the road so great location. Breakfast was great. Room clean. Only downside would be that it doesn’t have its own parking.
