When the restaurant that we had reserved for my sisters repass dinner was suddenly unable to accommodate the 40+ people attending the dinner because of a food shortage, the employees of this hotel sprung into action. They let us use their lobby area to hold the repass dinner. They helped us find local catering, helped us load and unload everything, set-up the space, helped clean up from the floral designs we had made, even let us use the employee refrigerator and the hotel kitchen. The genuine care and concern that staff had for our family's needs was beyond compassionate. The caliber of the staff employed at this hotel is amazing. My family and I were so impressed with the hotel and staff, that I actually wrote a letter to the CEO, of Marriott. We can never thank them enough for taking a terrible situation and making it a painless as possible. We, would highly recommend the SpringHill Suites by Marriott - Montage Mountain.
