"한국말 할줄 아는 직원없으며, 심지어 영어도 되지 않음. 중국어 할줄 아는 분만 가시길 바라며, 주위에 아무것도 없음. 다만 택시로 4키로만 가면 롯데 백화점이 있고, 백화점 지하에 한국 음식점이 있고, 그곳에 있는 직원은 모두 한국말이 가능함. 롯데 백화점에서 걸어서 10분거리에 한국인이 하는 치과가 있고, 바로 건너편에 엄청큰 슈퍼마켓이 있는데 그곳에서 이것저것 살수 있음. 가능하면 이호텔은 이용하지 말고 다른 호텔을 이용하세요."

"Nice that it is on the water but it desperately needs to be updated. The room had information in it that expired two years ago,. When given vouchers for breakfast, we were told that it would be brought to the room, which doesn't happen. Later the information was denied."

"저는 18년 1월 22일부터 25일까지 웨이하이 여행을 하며 이 숙수에서 머물렀는데 정말 편히 쉬다가 왔네요. 기본적으로 침대도 깨끗하고 편안했고 화장실도 너무 깔끔하고 물도 해양온천수가 나와서 샤워할때마다 정말 기분이 좋았습니다. 주변 뷰도 정말 너무 아름다웠어요.ㅎㅎ 숙소 바로 뒤에 호수가 하나 있는데 정말 진짜 아름답습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 좋았던건 직원분들이 정말 친절하다는점^^  로비에 카운터직원분은 저희가 주변도시로 이동하는데에 어려워하는걸 보고, 마침 자기도 퇴근시간이라며 개인차량으로 저희를 도시까지 태워다주시기까지 하셨답니다!!  또 온천이 48개나 있어서 겨울에 온천수에 몸을 녹이기에 최고였습니다. 128위안에 수영장&온천 2회 이용권을 주시는데 오전에 한번가보시고 저녁에 한번 가보세요. 정말 느낌이 완전히 다릅니다^^  저희는 첫날에 한번 둘째날에 한번 갔습니다.ㅎㅎ 여기 숙소 정말 추천합니다!!"
