There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl."

I found the correspondence with the owner difficult and received a curt reply when seeking to clarify entry...

No concierge; non-contact registering leaves you without anyone to offer immediate assistance.
