Hidden Gem - Bed & Breakfast

A very private, self contained apartment (which is attached to the owner’s residence with its own private entrance) is situated in a delightful garden setting and located in the leafy residential suburb of Silverstream.
There are only 2 steps to its entrance, making it easy access for any who have physical impairments. This apartment offers the maximum of comfort with a spacious open plan living area with free hi-speed Wi-Fi and Netflix available. It has a separate bedroom with attached ensuite.
The kitchen has all the basics you need for a break - with fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, Hob and microwave. A continental breakfast is offered to enjoy in your own time. There is also a washing machine and dryer.
The bedroom boasts a queen bed and ensuite with a large shower and heated towel rail. There is also a sofa bed for an extra person in the lounge.
It is a short walk to the Silverstream village where you can enjoy the local bar and nearby cafes. The train station beside the village is a perfect way to explore Wellington for business or pleasure, or Upper Hutt attractions. It is also just a 10 minute walk to the internationally famous NZ Campus of Innovation & Sport.
This apartment is guaranteed to feel like your home away from home. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers or business travellers. Also ideal for flexcation, that allows you to have a longer, more flexible vacation where you can work remotely if you wish.

This place is what it states - A hidden gem. Host Christine was very helpful for the stay. The place is very comfortable, clean and has everything you require. We stayed early September 2024 and wished we could have stayed longer. Breakfast provided was amazing. Couldnt fault the accommodation. A lot of food places close by if you didnt want to cook. Definitely a place to stay if you are in the Upper Hutt region.

The unit was a self-contained suite. It was tastefully decorated. We even had off street parking space in the carport. And it was easy walking distance to the light rail train into downtown Wellington. This BnB set the standard by which we will evaluate all future lodging. Recommend it highly!

Thank you for so graciously welcoming us in so late. Finding your home in the dark and in the rain was difficult. Street lighting is poor, but we found you and your lights were on. Your space was great, we were very comfortable.
