"I booked a room via Expedia just 30 minutes before the hotel closed for the night. The staff were incredibly kind and called me to confirm, rather than waiting for me to see the email confirmation. I was having a stressful day, but their proactive help really saved the day. Then, when I checked out, the staff member at the desk went above and beyond by calling a taxi for me and making sure I was all set. Their excellent service really made my stay enjoyable. "

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean and tidy, with decent kitchen facilities, and suited our needs well. As a few people have stated, the pool is NOT on site, and im not the only person who thought it was at the apartments. This was UNCLEAR on the Expedia listing. It needs to be made clear that it is 700m down the road in a gym, and also needs to be clear that children are not allowed to swim there. My daughter was dissapointed after showing her the pool photo from expedia listing"
