For the price this was a very reasonable room and was above my expectations. My parents stayed at the Best Western down the road and I'd say that their room was on par with ours, but our room was larger.
My only call out was the shower, the wall paper (it was like a linoleum) around the outside/over the inside of the shower was separating and water seemed to creep up it from the underside when the shower was on. We didn't smell any mold, but if this isn't fixed I could see it becoming an issue in the future. We were in room 12. "

"We had a great stay at the overlook site! Our site was exacty what the owner stated it would be. Swimming hole was so fun and we appreciated that he had fun stuff and floats/life vest for the kids! We were able to explore the area and visit Fort Ticonderoga during our stay and Kieth told us about some other fun things to do with our kids in the area."
