"Nice hotel"

"I stayed in a group of 4 friends, hotel was the Perfect location from St Pancras station! The staff were lovely and check in was easy, the were some treats left in our room which was a lovely touch! The room was lovely and spacious but the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable, but the main bed was lovely! We would stay again , thank you ! "

"Quite possibly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Wonderful location, bustling lobby with a beautiful bar and great coffee. The rooms were perfect. We had two “cosy up” rooms for our family of four, and they placed us right next to each other on the first floor (one up from lobby). Room faced the car park with a pretty tree and was absolutely silent and perfectly dark at night despite the busy area. The bed was very comfortable. "

"A rough start at check in, as the previous occupants had not checked out and the room wasn’t ready. It looks good on paper, letting you stay a full 24 hours but in practice it doesn’t always work out. There’s a reason the whole hotel industry has several hours between check out and new check ins. That being said, the staff went above and beyond getting us in our room with a complimentary gift basket of snacks and drinks for our inconvenience. The live entertainment in the lobby/lounge was wonderful. The singer was very talented and not too loud for the limited space. "
