"I love this place for it's charm, location and uniqueness. My only complaint is they need a detailed dusting in the rooms. The corners and light fixtures have a buildup of dust. Also the tub is not bathworthy clean in my opinion. "

"We had a fantastic experience all-around at the JAG. Efficient & friendly check-in, and they even upgraded our room. The decor is fun & funky, the room amenities were outstanding, and the location was superb. We were very impressed also with the Exile bar/restaurant. "A sincere, heartfelt THANK YOU to the staff who worked during my stay. I realized after checking out that I left my wedding bands in my bathroom!! Not only did the hotel call me to tell me, they put them aside for me to pick up when I was back in St. John's! They also asked for ID for pick up to ensure they were getting back to the rightful owner. I was so relieved and impressed with how this was handled.
